We are delighted to welcome two new team members to the Ebury Comms fold: Account Managers Lotte Burdge and Phoebe Bula.

Lotte returns to Ebury having spent a summer interning with us after graduating and she is rejoining the agency with experience working across the residential property sector, partnering with developers and estate agents in the UK and internationally.

Phoebe brings a strong background in design, architecture and homeware product PR. Together, they strengthen Ebury’s expertise across the property, interiors and lifestyle sectors, and we’re thrilled to have them both on board.

We sat down with Phoebe and Lotte for a quickfire round of questions to introduce them in a little more detail.

Lotte

What is one thing people might not know about you?

At home in Somerset, I have two Shetland ponies that I’m completely obsessed with!

Biggest achievement across the course of your career so far?

One of the biggest highlights of my career so far has been working on The Designer Collection at The Whiteley – the reimagining of London’s first department store. It was a fantastic opportunity to work with internationally renowned designers, including Kelly Behun, Joyce Wang, Linda Boronkay and RH Contract, to name a few. I worked across a range of PR activity, from hosting events and organising journalist tours to securing top-tier international coverage. One particular highlight was organising a shoot with Vogue and Sabrina Elba, which was a brilliant experience!

Best way to spend a Saturday?

My perfect Saturday would start with a game of padel or a pilates class in the morning, followed by hosting a BBQ with friends or trying a new London restaurant. If I manage to escape London for the weekend, I will be at the beach.

What is your top holiday bucket list destination?

New Zealand is right at the top of my travel list. With its dramatic landscapes, crystal-clear lakes and breathtaking mountain ranges, it looks like an incredible place to explore. I’d love to visit both the North and South Islands, from the rugged beauty of Fiordland to beaches, vineyards and some of the country’s famous hiking trails.

I absolutely love Italy, so Sicily is also high on my list. The combination of beautiful beaches, charming towns and authentic Italian food makes it feel like the perfect place for both relaxing and exploring.

What is one thing people might not know about you?

My surname is quite unusual, in Fiji, it translates to ‘life’, though it’s more frequently used as a friendly greeting meaning hello. I wasn’t aware of this until an art teacher at school brought it to my attention and now it’s my go to ‘fun fact’!

Biggest achievement across the course of your career so far?

A career highlight for me was working with B-Corp luxury furniture brand Gaze Burvill to launch their London showroom in Garrison Square, Chelsea. I helped host their launch event and managed their successful residency book club series, featuring guests such as Paula Sutton, Lydia Millen, and Sue Stuart-Smith.

Best way to spend a Saturday?

My perfect Saturday starts with a visit to Comptoir Bakery beneath the Borough Market arches, followed by a walk along the Thames. From there, I would take the train to Dulwich Village to explore the independent delicatessens and interior boutiques, picking up a few treats for the weekend. In the afternoon, I would meet up with friends for a game of tennis on the Common, then round off the evening with a delicious spread of small plates at Bistro Union in Clapham.

What is your top holiday bucket list destination?

The Dolomites in northeastern Italy are right at the top of my bucket list – just like everyone else on Instagram! I’d love to experience the beautiful scenery for myself, and go on some awe-worthing hikes.

If I were planning a more exotic getaway, I’d love to visit the Philippines, again for the gorgeous landscape and pristine beaches.
