Our goal for Athena Advisers was to establish and maintain the business’s standing as a leading international sales agent and property advisory service, established in 2003. They specialise in attractive new-build and renovation developments in key markets around the world. Ebury was tasked with securing regular and impactful coverage across the UK media landscape for the Athena Advisers’ team of expert consultants and properties for sale. Ebury also undertook project-specific work around launches of new developments, such as Six Senses Kaplankaya, and branch openings for Athena Advisers in new markets such as Porto.

The international property PR campaign required daily liaison with key property, business and lifestyle press to ensure regular placement of market commentary, sales listings in target round-ups and in-depth features on new product and market launches, enhancing brand awareness and generating pre-qualified sales enquiries. Ebury organised and escorted a number of group and individual press trips to facilitate first-hand introductions to Athena Advisers’ team of experts across Europe. Press trips and Meet the Media events in London successfully resulted in significant editorial coverage and strong, enduring relationships with editors and prolific freelance press.
