BRAND PARTNERSHIPS
At Ebury, we understand the important role that brand partnerships play in driving media awareness, communicating directly with your audience, and gaining access to a new customer base.
Our skilled and experienced team is adept at forging meaningful real estate partnerships for clients across a range of sectors.
Before making introductions, we work closely with you to understand your specific objectives, whether that be to reach a wider target audience, to elevate brand equity, secure new leads, or enhance a project’s lifestyle offering. This then helps us to identify, and nurture, the perfect real estate partnership, or partnerships, for your brand.

What is a Real Estate Partnership? How Can it Help My Brand?
Here are a few examples of recent brand partnerships we’ve helped to develop for our clients, and the results they achieved.
Creating a real estate partnership with brands in other luxury sectors, to open up new target audiences, and generate opportunities for specific engagement:
On behalf of one of London’s most prestigious luxury property developments, The OWO Residences by Raffles, we organised and hosted an intimate evening, with a carefully selected group of top bankers within one of the property’s show apartments.
Partnerships were forged with Maddox Gallery, who provided art, Berry Bros & Co, who supplied wine, an eminent MP who gave a compelling speech, and Jardine Motors, who drove attendees home in a fleet of cars.
The evening provided the perfect opportunity for sales representatives from The OWO Residences by Raffles to liaise with attendees and partners, to share more information about purchasing property on the development.
Creating real estate partnerships to generate sales leads for our client’s development:
The Ebury team arranged a trio of immersive evening celebrations for our client, leading London development, Regent’s Crescent.
We formed a real estate partnership with a world-renowned art gallery, Maddox Gallery, who took over one of Regent’s Crescent’s capacious shell and core apartments, to provide a stunning and engaging experience for guests showcasing the work of fine art photographer David Yarrow. Additional partnerships were made with exclusive men’s fashion brand Mr Porter, and Bentley.
The first event was an opportunity for real estate agents working on the scheme to invite their top contacts inside to experience the project first hand, with the objective of generating interest and potential new sales leads.
The second was a media brunch with a talk from the photographer David Yarrow, and the third was a backgammon and poker night which was attended by an audience of Maddox gallery’s top clients. The events aimed to expose the development to an engaged, high net worth audience in a relaxed lifestyle setting showcasing the lifestyle that would be experienced by future residents.

Creating a real estate partnership to enhance an event:
On behalf of our client, and luxury London development, 9 Millbank, the Ebury team arranged a business development and networking event, held at the outstanding 9 Millbank penthouse.
A partnership was formed with The Last Drop Distillers, a curator of some of the world’s finest spirits, who offered attendees a tasting session of their 2022 collection.
The evening provided the opportunity for select VIP clients, and strong sales prospects, to enjoy dinner and drinks within the exceptional penthouse space, with the opportunity to speak directly to 9 Millbank’s sales agents if required.
Further Benefits of Forging a Real Estate Partnership
Every real estate partnership presents opportunities for cross pollination across social media, which our team will explore, particularly using Instagram, to ensure you reach as wide and relevant a target audience as possible. This can take the form of grid posts, reels, and stories, with all partners tagged in the content, and with participating brands following suit, tagging you in their posts.
Partnerships, even short term ones, require management. The Ebury team liaises continually with partners to ensure your brand is front of mind for future opportunities to collaborate. We also follow up with partners to see the results that have materialised for them as a result of the partnership. We understand that partnerships have to be authentic, so unpacking the work that has been done, and the results achieved for all parties, is crucial.
As specialists in luxury real estate PR, we explore the many opportunities for editorial exposure that a real estate partnership presents across a wider target audience of journalists from varying sectors. There is also the opportunity to invite the media to join real estate partnership events, which we arrange for many clients to help showcase the partnership in action.
Please get in touch to discuss how our real estate partnership support can help you reach a wider target audience, elevate brand equity, secure new leads, enhance your project’s offering, and beyond.
