With over 25 years of combined experience, Co-Founders of real estate PR firm Ebury Communications, Emily Lewis and Emma Dreike, have a proven track record of delivering unrivalled media campaigns for the world’s leading real estate developers, interior designers and their partners. Priding themselves on trusted and effective media relationships, both Emily and Emma have forged strong and lasting connections with top journalists and media outlets around the world.
Adopting a creative approach, campaigns are executed by a senior experienced team who work closely alongside Emily and Emma – all of whom understand how to reach and influence the global high net worth community, seed quality editorial stories and stay true to strategic objectives when striving for results.

With over 15 years in the luxury communications sector, Emily is a driven and passionate individual with a wealth of experience and an enviable book of contacts across media publications, premium brands and specialist industry networks. Emily’s established career has provided her with the opportunity to represent some of the world’s leading international developers, architects, hoteliers, designers and destination experts.
Formerly London MD at international agency PRCO Ltd, Emily successfully established a reputable real estate division whilst consistently providing clients with effective international strategies which generated valuable press coverage. Emily’s ability to coach clients through the demanding needs of the media, adapting campaigns to reach new channels and audiences, drives her to deliver outstanding results that make a real difference to businesses.
Considered a true expert with a passion for design and international lifestyle brands, previous work has included long-standing campaigns for 432 Park Avenue, Macklowe Properties in New York, Fort Partners and their Four Seasons branded residence project in Miami The Surf Club, Dolphin Capital Partners and Orascom Development specifically for their iconic projects Lustica Bay in Montenegro and Andermatt Swiss Alps.
More recently Emily launched Hudson Yards, New York in the UK, coordinating an integrated campaign across China, the launch of Regent’s Crescent in London and Lancer Square in Kensington. Other notable clients include work for reputable design studios Elicyon, Millier, Fiona Barratt Interiors, David Collins Studio, Martin Kemp Design and Richmond Design.
Emma has over 12 years experience in the property and lifestyle sector. Her professional career started in-house at Property Frontiers, an Oxford-based property investment specialist, before a move to PRCO Ltd where she directed the real estate team for 5 years. More recently Emma successfully established the real estate division at Spider PR, also acting as a company Director.
An accomplished PR professional, Emma is highly proficient in the planning, execution and delivery of tailored and integrated PR campaigns for both UK and international clients.
She relishes strategic communication matched by significant media outcomes that exceed client expectations. Quick to craft a good story to command headline coverage, Emma also has enviable media contacts and is passionate about forging lasting client relationships.
Landmark clients have included Six Senses and the launch of their spa residences in Courchevel, ongoing brand positioning for Abama Luxury Residences, the launch of CIT’s exquisite Regent’s Crescent, London’s only Grade 1 listed new build neighbouring Regent’s Park, profile-building for Athena Advisers as well as project work for Allsop and Mark Warner Property.
Celia is a multilingual PR professional with over nine years of experience in the super prime lifestyle sector. Celia began her career at PRCo Ltd, where she worked for Emily and Emma for nearly four years before joining the lifestyle team at freuds.
Celia has managed the global accounts of some of the world’s leading luxury property, interior design, travel and lifestyle brands including 432 Park Avenue, David Collins Studio, Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Chiltern Firehouse, COMO Hotels and Resorts and Burberry.
Most recently, Celia worked in-house as PR Manager for global property consultancy, Knight Frank. Here, she was responsible for developing and implementing the PR strategy for the residential business, working closely with the residential sales, marketing and social media teams to create impactful, 360 degree campaigns.
Celia also led on all press activity for Knight Frank’s flagship research publication, the Knight Frank Luxury Investment Index, capitalising on her knowledge of the wider luxury market and using her wealth of media contacts to secure extensive and meaningful coverage and partnerships.
Fiona is an international property and lifestyle PR Specialist supporting Ebury on special projects in London and in Asia. Fiona has 15 years’ PR experience working on many of the world’s best known residential developments.
Fiona was PR Manager for the Savills International and New Homes Departments for six years, before moving to Singapore for five years where she set up Ebury Communications’ associate real estate PR firm VogelGoodwin.
Fiona has handled APAC campaigns for leading brands including Cushman & Wakefield, AMEX Centurion, Jen Hotel Group, Television Centre, WOTSO Co-working Space, Black Brick and Prime Location. Incredibly well regarded amongst the triple A list media, Fionais driven, determined and focused on campaign objectives that deliver meaningful and impactful results
Holly has over six years’ experience in the property sector. Her PR career began in-house for global firm Knight Frank, where she was immersed in the world of super prime property. Across three years, she managed the PR, advertising, marketing and social media for the company’s Mayfair & St James’ branch, positioning the team as the go-to property agency in the area.
For the past three years, Holly worked for lifestyle agency and real estate PR firm, Spider PR, where she managed accounts across a mix of real estate clients, from major developers and buying agents, to international resorts and workspace providers. During this time, Holly was responsible for creating and executing successful campaigns for brands such as Canary Wharf Group, Leptos Estates, Russell Simpson and ITC Hotels.
With an extensive book of contacts, Holly has a wealth of experience crafting and delivering media events, overseas press trips and awards proposals, maximising clients’ exposure across key media.
Lottie began her career in the real estate industry five years ago, in a real estate PR firm in Surrey Here she worked across a variety of accounts from a high end estate agent to divisions of Berkeley Group, and was responsible for social media content creation and community engagement events for her clients, alongside traditional PR and awards writing.
Most recently Lottie spent over three years working in the property team at a large international real estate PR firm in central London, and is experienced in managing some of the top real estate projects in the world, many with multi market campaigns. Former clients include The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria in New York, Chelsea Barracks, The Aman Villas at Amanzoe, One Wall Street, One&Only Kea Island, Westminster Fire Station and Clivedale London.
With a passion for – and experience in – curating the perfect event partnerships for her clients, Lottie has a little black book of brand contacts featuring the likes of Net-a-Porter, Barclays Little Book of Wonders, Rolls Royce, Matches Fashion and Perrier-Jouët. As part of the Ebury team, Lottie is working across all accounts bringing her wealth of experience, highly sought after contacts and creative flair to all campaigns to help deliver great results and grow Ebury’s excellent reputation in the industry.
The coming together of Emily & Emma to create real estate PR firm Ebury Communications in 2017 was an exciting moment for the industry and marked a new era for the world of luxury real estate communications.
