The right moment to buy in Dubai?

A move towards less garish and more gardening…at Al Barari

Large numbers, impressive dimensions, longest swimming pools and towering heights sum up the mood of the Dubai luxury property landscape. No where else does it seem that the biggest, most luxurious or most eye catching developments are what have attracted UHNWs over recent years. From colour coordinated water features to extraordinary car show rooms, jaw dropping views and shopping malls, these are drivers for the super-rich but now it seems high-end detached villas and a more elegant approach to residential investment is gathering pace. The changing of tastes of the ultra high net worth is noticeable and surprising.
